September 22, 2026

Once the CIM and financial package are prepared, the business is introduced confidentially to selected potential buyers. This stage is about quality and quantity to create a competitive process: identifying credible buyers, protecting our clients' identity and sensitive information, and managing interest in a controlled process.

Targeted outreach: Legacy Energy Consulting develops a focused buyer universe that may include strategic acquirers, financial buyers, and other qualified parties with a realistic reason to pursue the business.

Confidential process: Buyers receive information in stages, with confidentiality protections and controlled access before more sensitive materials are shared.

Managed communication: Buyer questions, follow-up requests, and advisor coordination are handled through a structured process so our client can remain focused on operating the business.

Client Testimonial

"When we decided to sell our family business, it was a difficult decision to sell the company that we had spent the last 34 years building. We received exceptional guidance from Chad, Tyler, and the entire Legacy Energy Consulting team. They made the transition smooth and understood the importance of finding the right buyer that aligned with our values regarding customer service and business culture with our employees. We are very pleased to know that our employees, customers, and communities will be in good hands."
